The Zellman Group, LLC hires Hummel as Vice President, Food Service Development

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Zellman Group, LLC hired Phil Hummel as Vice President of Food Service Development. In this position, he is responsible for further developing the hospitality division of the company.

Hummel was most recently the Director, Asset Protection with Starbucks Coffee Company where he directed domestic and international loss prevention programs. His 13 years' experience in the asset protection field is supplemented with nearly 12 years of directing operations and franchise programs in the retail and quick service restaurant industry. He holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
