"For car sales, '95 is off to a record pace," he says. "The climate looks very healthy. I think it has to do with Cannon Air Force Base and the interest rates stabilizing. It's been a tough year for [the region] in agriculture this year - we've been in a drought for the last year, so crops and cattle are down - but the dairy industry is looking up."
