The Cheesecake Factory announced the opening of its 141st Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Westfield Galleria at Roseville in Roseville, California, a suburb of Sacramento, on May 8.

The restaurant contains approximately 10,100 square feet and 290 seats.

The Cheesecake Factory is in the upscale casual dining segment and operates 141 restaurants throughout the U.S., with an extensive menu of more than 200 items and fiscal 2007 average annual unit sales of approximately $10.4 million.
