Bank of America Online Banking welcomes MBNA customers. Beginning Monday October 23, 2006, Bank of America Online Banking will provide credit card customers with a new online experience. Online Banking gives Bank of America customers the ability to view and service their Bank of America deposit and credit card accounts in a single, easy-to-use online environment. Beginning October 23, 2006, if you previously signed in at mbna.com or mbnanetaccess.com to access your MBNA accounts, please go to www.bankofamerica.com to access your accounts. Enter your Net Access Login name when asked for an Online ID and use your password when asked for a Passcode. Please note, you may be asked to change your login name or password the first time that you sign in to Online Banking from Bank of America.

New features available for MBNA cardholders include:
* Online versions of credit card statements are now available for up to 18 months of archived statements in one secure, convenient location.
* E-Alerts to notify customers of account activities such as payment posting or irregular account activity.
* Access to their Bank of America checking account and access to free Bill Pay, allowing them to make online payments to anyone, anywhere.
* Overdraft protection is available when customers link their credit card to a Bank of America checking account.
Bank of America Online Banking will continue to provide industry-leading safety features including the exclusive Site Key[TM] tool and $0 Liability Online Guarantee. In addition, Bank of America will begin offering ShopSafe to customers which provides extra security by creating a unique, temporary credit card number that customers can use for transactions with online merchants.
