CipherTrust(R) Partner Connection Unveiled to Fuel Rapid Growth of Channel Program

CipherTrust, Inc., the market leader in messaging security, today announced CipherTrust Partner Connection, a collection of tools, resources and incentives that will assist channel partners in providing messaging security solutions to their customers using CipherTrust's IronMail gateway. This collection of resources will enhance CipherTrust's support of its partners in responding to their customers' rapidly growing need for comprehensive e-mail security solutions.

Given the wide variety of threats, such as spam, viruses, directory harvest and phishing attacks, facing enterprise messaging systems, many corporate IT administrators are caught in the middle -- while they recognize e-mail is fundamental to business, they need messaging security solutions to mitigate the risks. With CipherTrust Partner Connection, value-added resellers can respond to customer needs by incorporating CipherTrust's award-winning messaging security product into their offerings.

All participants in CipherTrust Partner Connection receive numerous benefits to assist their customers needing comprehensive e-mail security, including:

Incentives. CipherTrust partners are compensated with cash rewards for their successes. In addition to rewards for meeting specific sales thresholds, CipherTrust is adopting a new Market Development Fund (MDF) program to allow partners to promote IronMail in their regions.

Online Resources. Through the new CipherTrust Partner Connection website, located at www.ciphertrust.com/partnerconnection, partners will find a customized one-stop-shop of all resources needed to attract new customers. Content includes sales collateral, access to support, and an interactive "success thermometer" showing partners' progress towards meeting incentive and MDF goals. In addition, through an established deal registration process, partners can increase their sales commissions when an opportunity is pre-registered through the site.

Communications. CipherTrust will send partners twice-a-month "IronFlash" updates on IronMail features, competitive information and new resources for sales personnel to more successfully sell IronMail.

The new program includes three levels of partner participation. Authorized Partners and Premier Partners receive varied access to internal technical resources and tiered incentives, MDF, and commission structures depending on sales volume. Our highest level partners, Premier Support Certified Partners, have engineers who completed CipherTrust's certification course and can therefore assist with on-site installations and customer support for IronMail boxes in the field.
