Element 21 Golf Announces Asian Distribution

Market Wire, August, 2004

Element 21 Golf Company, formerly BRL Holdings, Inc., (OTC BB: BRLN) is in the business of the manufacture and sale of advanced scandium golf equipment characterized by playability properties exceeding those of all other materials thus far applied to the manufacture of professional golf equipment in the areas of feel, distance and accuracy. Several independent tests have confirmed that Element 21 Golf Company's scandium products generate up to 12% better accuracy and at least 9 yards gain in distance while virtually eliminating the damaging body shock for superior feel during play.

Element 21 Golf Company announced today a major distribution and manufacturing alliance with an Asian golf company specializing in high end golf equipment and components. Through this relationship Element 21 Golf Company plans to develop sales of finished scandium clubs, club sets and components on a non-exclusive basis throughout Asia and Japan. Upon reaching an annual sales volume of US$1.5 million, the relationship will be extended on an exclusive basis through 2007. An external marketing review board will determine the suggested retail price levels for the Japanese and Asian markets. These price levels will be announced after the PGA Fall Expo in Las Vegas in September 2004. The use of a television infomercial format is being considered for the Japanese and Asian markets similar to those used in the US.
