Temtec Supports Hyperion's Advancements in Analytic Technology With Hyperion Essbase 7X

Temtec has announced its support for Hyperion Essbase 7X, a solution introduced today by Hyperion (NASDAQ: HYSL), the global leader in Business Performance Management software. Designed for financial and line of business users alike, Hyperion Essbase 7X is a powerful and highly scalable analytic engine that enables traditional financial analysis as well as business analysis across sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics, human resources and other facets of the business.
Temtec's Executive Viewer product is a self-service analysis, reporting and visualisation tool that allows non-technical staff to get fast and intuitive access to the analytical power provided by the OLAP solutions. It extends the analytical capabilities of Hyperion's Essbase 7X to more people, allowing them to effectively access information and better monitor and manage business performance.
Essbase 7X increases the speed of analytics by as much as 100 times that of prior versions of Essbase, providing sub-second response time to thousands of concurrent users and significantly improving the analytic needs of all types of finance and business users. It is also 20 times more scalable than previous versions of Essbase, offering significant advances in calculation capabilities and storage efficiency. Temtec's Executive Viewer extends the reach of Essbase 7X, providing a powerful user-friendly front end that gives non-technical users access to the rich analytical functionality offered by Essbase 7X.
