Automotive Capital has had several excellent news announcements out lately and one again this AM before today's opening bell! Investors need to be watching this one closely!

Automotive Capital Group, Inc. (OTC: AOCP) today announced that wholly owned subsidiary Navicom has received orders for over 350 mobile location wireless GPS units (MLU) in the past week. These orders are from new and existing customers and increase current active units by 35%. Orders include the wireless GPS units and then customers are billed by Navicom a monthly reoccurring charge for service that works in 98% of the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

"We are starting to see significant interest in our GPS products. What is even more encouraging are diversified uses for Navicom including personal, corporate and Government," said Scott Miller, CEO of Automotive Capital Group, Inc. "We provide an extremely competitive, user-friendly and Internet-based product that has a significant range of 98% of the U.S., Canada and Mexico. We feel our company is in the right space as the GPS market is still in its infancy," continued Miller.

Navicom units sell for about $320.00 and monthly service plans start at $9.99. "Most successful business models have reoccurring service charges. Navicom's service plans are billed monthly so this is not a one-time sale," said Miller. Applications of Navicom are used from personal security on vehicles and motorcycles to homeland security with portable wireless battery powered devices. Unlike GPS systems with limited capability, Navicom services include automobile/asset tracking, auto disable/enable capability through the Internet, geo-fence boundary notification and point/click auto repossession, speed notifications, unlock doors, panic button, and many other options. Automotive Capital Group, Inc. also announced that Navicom wireless GPS technology will be included in the inaugural issue of "Homeland Security - 2004," the official publication of the Homeland Security Industry and U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Navicom, a new member of the HSIA, is being invited to attend their bi-monthly meetings. It is during these meetings that all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from all 22 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies are distributed to the participating membership. HSIA membership includes many of the top Homeland Security and Defense Contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, General Dynamics, Lakeland Industries, Markland Technologies, ADT, and Caterpillar Inc. "We are looking forward to demonstrating our products and services to companies that are seeking GPS solutions," said Scott Miller.
