Market Wire, October, 2004
Hire.com (www.hire.com) the leader in Global Enterprise Recruiting, today announced that its award-winning HireEnterprise Hiring Center has once again won the distinction of one of HR Executive Magazine's Top Ten Products of the Year for 2004. Hire.com solutions also won Product of the Year honors in 2000 and 2002. Additionally, Hire.com has also topped the "Best in Customer Service" list in Electronic Recruiting Exchange's 2002 and 2003 Annual Industry Surveys.
HR Executive's yearly awards will be presented at the 7th Annual HR technology Conference and Exposition in Chicago, at a luncheon on the conference's October 13 opening day.
Hiring Center, the HireEnterprise recruiting module, was selected from a field of contenders based on a series of criteria, including how well the product meets its self-stated objectives; the value it brings to the HR community; and its level of innovation. HR Executive staff evaluated products released from October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004.
"We are gratified to have been once again recognized for our continued commitment to the success of our customers," said Larry Orecklin, Hire.com CEO. "Simplifying user adoption and usability with an innovative user interface was a key design element in the newest release of HireEnterprise. Recognition by HR Executive validates our objective, and offers a well-deserved accolade to our dedicated team at Hire.com."
Hire.com conducted extensive research with a number of customers to fully understand all user needs and the various hiring process roles. As a result, the HireEnterprise interface accommodates the breadth of today's staffing organizations, which typically include recruiters, HR generalists and hiring managers, with IT skill sets ranging from occasional to power user. The new design enables every user to quickly orient and gain access to information by means of personalized work styles, including on-the-fly changes to language preference. Other user-centric enhancements include greater use of self-service functions and tight email integration with familiar tools such as Microsoft Outlook. All target increased speed of adoption, and collaboration among staffing teams.
