Microsoft Recognizes Bluespring Software With Information Worker Solution Competency

Market Wire, October, 2004

Microsoft has recognized Bluespring Software's commitment to human worker interaction and integration with Microsoft tools, awarding them a competency in Information Worker Solutions.

Competency is granted to those companies that distinguish themselves in the delivery of process design, management, and execution capability in the name of enhanced worker productivity while integrating with Microsoft technology.

Microsoft carefully selects companies for the Information Worker Solutions Competency based on four criteria: communication and collaboration, use of Microsoft portals, project and process management, and personal productivity. Bluespring demonstrated commitment and capability in all areas by integrating BPM Suite 4.0 with Microsoft Business Solutions CRM and Axapta, extending the value of those applications by enabling users to better manage, prioritize, and collaborate on their work

Bluespring simplifies complex business process development and execution by managing and visualizing the back-end processes associated with front-end applications. Bluespring's BPM Suite is built on a .NET, service-oriented architecture (SOA). The product is highly scalable, web-services ready and differentiates itself by its ability to interact with people as effectively as it interacts with systems within the context of a closed-loop process.

"We certainly appreciate the recognition of our demonstrated ability in Information Worker Solutions. There are steps and activities in any process that require human work and cannot be automated; our excellence in this area allows us to deliver true end-to-end Business Process execution," said Rob Daly, President and CEO of Bluespring Software.

About Bluespring Software

Bluespring Software, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, brings a business execution capability to the enterprise. Bluespring's BPM Suite enables enterprise applications to be all they can be. CRM, SFA and ERP applications all launch critical processes that are largely ignored from an automation and a management standpoint. Processes like approval management, order fulfillment and exception management are often complicated manual activities involving many people and a variety of systems. By effectively managing the complete, end-to-end process, the expected results can be achieved and C-level executives can gain visibility into the mission critical operational aspects of their business never before available.
