OTC Report Announces CDC Systems Inc. Answers Recent Online Article

Market Wire, October, 2004

The following is a statement from CDC Systems (OTC: CPYJ) in response to an article in the "New York Post" Online Edition.

Its been brought to our attention that on October 11, 2004 an article was circulated by Christopher Byron of the "New York Post" Online Edition.

In this article Christopher Byron made several statements concerning CDC Systems out of ignorance. Out of ignorance because at no time did Christopher Byron contact CDC Systems to obtain the information for which he bases his article.

The CDC Systems compressor design has been in service in the field producing real results that can be documented. CDC Systems compressors have been able to realize an average production increase of 40% to 90%, and in some cases as much as 200% or better. These are real results produced from a real product in an environment with a real need.

CDC Systems has real compressors in service in the field and has received real interest from major companies interested in employing these compressors. Generally with many agreements with large companies, they contain many clauses. One such clause is the restriction of information that can be released about the company, like the company's name. Some of CDC Systems agreements are confirmed orders for compressor systems while others are orders for test systems. These test orders are to be followed up with confirmed orders when an agreed favorable production increase is realized.

CDC Systems is a new company and probably hasn't migrated through all databases. CDC Systems was formed to unite several entities in a joint effort to enter the public forum and become a stronger company with a singular vision. CDC Systems chose to enter the public venue through a Pink Sheet IPO to raise operating capital while continuing to organize itself for the future.

In the coming months CDC Systems hopes to become a reporting company for two reasons: to give greater visibility to its investors and graduating to a higher exchange. Until this time CDC Systems stands firmly behind its press releases and its product.

As to Christopher Byron's comments linking Patrick Arnett and CDC Systems, Patrick Arnett only assists the company in the construction and release of the company's press releases and is the contact person for questions relating to the company's stock, nothing more.
