Chordiant Unveils Process-Driven Branch Teller Solution at Bank Administration Institute Conference

Chordiant Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRD) today announced it will unveil its next-generation, process-driven, branch teller application at the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) Retail Delivery Conference & Expo from November 16 - 19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Chordiant will capitalize on the industry's most prestigious retail banking conference to showcase Chordiant Teller, a multi-channel solution that complements Chordiant's existing solutions for the branch platform, enabling retail banks to renew aging systems with an integrated branch solution. Chordiant will also be demonstrating its new Teller application in conjunction with IBM's Workplace for Branch Banking solution and application servers in Booth # 2020. The combined solutions will demonstrate how retail bank employees can gain a complete view of a customer's account history to more effectively process transactions and provide personalized customer service.
The BAI conference features financial services experts from the vendor and customer communities to address critical industry issues.
