MyOffiz, Inc. (OTC BB: PUBC) has announced today that the company has changed its name to Public Company Management Corporation and will now trade on the OTC BB under the ticker symbol PUBC. The name change and stock symbol change are effective on November 18, 2004. The company previously traded under the symbol MYFZ.

Additionally, the company increased the number of authorized shares of common stock to 50,000,000 shares, $0.001 par value per share.
