Inform Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: IWWH) announced today that Hand Picked Films, Inc., with whom IWWH has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire, will begin production on a new movie entitled "Band on the Run" in the winter of 2005.

"Band on the Run" is the story of four rockers who teach snowboarding during the day in a ski resort in order to make ends meet, while waiting for their struggling band, Slow Children Playing, to break into the music game. They meet a femme fatale skier/promoter who fills them with dreams of rock n' roll stardom, but in actuality is setting them up for a fall. The femme fatale copycats the band, framing them for a bank robbery, and the band ends up on the run for a crime they didn't commit. Designed to capture the teenage market and the MTV crowd, Band on the Run's amazing marketing scheme will contain wall-to-wall music as well as dramatic displays of extreme snowboarding.

Hand Picked Films, Inc. principles Anthony Romano and Michel Shane are the Executive Producers of the studio features "Catch Me If You Can" and "I, Robot." Starring Will Smith, "I, Robot" was released July 16, 2004 marking new box office records for its star opening weekend both domestically and in the foreign marketplace.
