Market Wire, December, 2004

Remote Knowledge, Inc. (OTC BB: RKNW), a developer of remote communications and telematics solutions, today announced the signing of D&J Marine Technologies, LLC to distribute the rk3000 marine telematics product along the Texas Gulf Coast.

The contract calls for an initial minimum order of 150 rk3000 devices representing approximately $300,000 in hardware unit sales. The contract also includes provisions for improved terms once the distributor achieves a sales level in excess of 500 units during the contract period. The distribution agreement is for one year with automatic renewals for one-year terms following the initial period.

D&J Technologies will address the wholesale distribution of the rk3000 marine solution to marinas, marine suppliers and aftermarket retailers along the Texas Gulf coast and inland to include the San Antonio and Austin markets. D&J will support their marketing efforts through the use of sales personnel, trained installers and Internet support services. D&J will launch its sales initiatives during the 2005 Houston International Boat Show to be held January 7th - 16th at the Reliant Convention Center in Houston, Texas.

Dick Johnston, President of D&J Technologies and a past President of the Gulf Coast Yacht Brokers Association with more than 25 years in the recreational marine industry, stated, "We are extremely excited that we have been chosen by Remote Knowledge as a distributor for the Gulf Coast region of Texas. This highly advanced marine communications equipment adds scores of valuable features that are important to both daily and weekend boaters. Clearly, the rk3000 system will become standard equipment on pleasure craft and commercial vessels in the near future."

Co-owner and Partner James Westerfield added, "In my 35 years of experience as a U.S. Government Defense Engineer and a successful entrepreneur with many years of extensive boating experience, I am delighted to embark on this endeavor with an innovative company like Remote Knowledge. By adding the rk3000 to our overall marketing strategy, we are confident that we are delivering a product and service manufactured and supported by the highest quality standards. We believe Remote Knowledge's products and services offer unprecedented value and tangible benefits which will allow us to reach higher sales targets in the near future."

"The rk3000 brings together best-in-class technology, engineering and on-water response in a system designed specifically for the needs of boaters," said Rick Canada, Vice President of Remote Knowledge. "Dick Johnston and James Westerfield bring a unique mix of distribution expertise coupled with technology and marine experience on both personal and professional levels, which makes D&J Technologies an ideal distribution partner going forward. We are excited to begin placing rk3000 units into service along the Gulf Coast and South Texas where their value will be visible on a daily basis for the broader Gulf Coast boating community."
