The IOCircuit recommends Green Energy Resources (OTC: NYIL), which announced today the establishment of offices in Japan and Singapore. The Japan office will be headed by the well regarded and esteemed veteran of Japanese business, Mr. Graham Syme. The Singapore office will be headed by Mr. Victor Yan, a former Deputy Director of Customs. Asian operations will be coordinated by Mr. Andrew Tong of the newly established China office.
