Watchit Media, Inc. Launches Watchit Music Vision
Market Wire, February, 2005
Watchit Media, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cotelligent, Inc. (OTC BB: CGZT), announced today the production of another new television program for Private Video Networks(TM) called Watchit Music Vision (WMV)(TM). WMV is a television program for the hospitality industry that presents music videos and related entertainment specifically aimed at and customized for the unique attributes of each gaming and hospitality venue and their guests.
Each Watchit Music Vision segment of licensed music video content will be introduced by Watchit on-air VJ personalities who will entertain and inform guests with interesting musical facts, trivia, and history. The actual music genre narrowcast in each property will be customized to match the venue's culture, style, image, guest demographic profile and brand attributes.
Narrowcast on the hotel's Private Television Network, WMV programming can be interspersed with venue-specific and 3rd party advertising, allowing for the venue to improve marketing communication with their guests and generate revenue from outside advertisers. Watchit Music Vision programming is produced to feature promotional footage of the hotel property, its brand and its amenities to increase guest awareness of the property and enhance the overall guest experience.
Clients of Watchit Media, Inc. may choose to narrowcast WMV content in their hotel rooms, at the registration desk, in their lounges and restaurants, in common areas, in their Fitness Center, on the gaming floor, or anywhere they choose. The Company's proprietary simple-to-use scheduling software, called Scheduleit, allows the client to control the timing and placement of content presented by Watchit Music Vision via the Internet.
According to James Lavelle, Chairman and CEO of Watchit Media, Inc., "Watchit Music Vision is the next in a growing list of Watchit Media proprietary television programs being produced and narrowcast to our gaming and hospitality clients. Our television programming is important to our clients for several reasons. First, our content is designed to appeal to the interests of the guests and customers of our client's venue. Our market research and analysis has helped us to develop an approach to presenting television programming that is highly relevant to each venue's captive audience based on that venue's unique attributes which include culture, style, image, amenities, and brand attributes. Second, our client is able to present their own televised promotional programming and advertising during Watchit's programming in a context that truly attracts the attention of their captive audience." Mr. Lavelle continued by saying, "Third, once we have attracted the viewer's attention with our content, we're able to include third-party advertising in our programming that is relevant to their lifestyle. In doing so, we accomplish two important things: we provide the venue with a new source of revenue and we help our advertisers hit their target audience."
Watchit Media, Inc. produces and presents dynamic motion media television programming to the largest gaming and hospitality organizations in the world.
