The two companies plan to provide a comprehensive email security option that integrates passively and non-intrusively in a carrier's network to address the growing problems associated with spam, phishing and fraud.

Increasingly, network operators need a strategy for detecting and assessing the impact of unmanaged electronic communications on their networks.
