Wyoming Oil & Minerals, Inc. Discovers Mistaken SEC Filing by Unrelated Company

Wyoming Oil & Minerals, Inc. (OTC BB: WYOI) announced today the discovery of an erroneous filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). A filing on Form 10-QSB for Western Plains Energy, L.L.C. was posted on the SEC website under the Company's name on Feb. 14, 2005, as a result of clerical error by an Edgar filing service not associated with the Company. The Company wishes to clarify that it was not responsible for this error, that the filing is totally in error, and that it has no relationship to Western Plains Energy. The Company has contacted the SEC to report the mistake and expects that the filing will be deleted in the near future.
