Market Wire, February, 2005
NetScaler, Inc., the global leader in high-performance application delivery systems, today announced that RSA Security has certified the NetScaler product line to interoperate with RSA SecurID® two-factor authentication solutions. The RSA Secured® RSA SecurID Ready® certification ensures that RSA SecurID technology users can now effectively integrate NetScaler's industry-leading application performance and SSL VPN capabilities, while continuing to leverage the trusted identity and access management benefits they currently enjoy from RSA SecurID technology. Deploying NetScaler's high-performance application delivery systems in enterprise data centers has been shown to accelerate the performance of remotely accessed enterprise applications such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel and Microsoft Exchange by up to 5x.(1)
An effective e-business strategy is essential to the growth and success of an organization. "Our partnership with RSA Security serves as yet another milestone toward bringing NetScaler's application acceleration expertise to Fortune 500 customers," said Raj Kanaya, vice president of product strategy and alliances for NetScaler. "Whether a business is integrating its operations with customers and partners or extending its operations on a global basis, our ability to speed and secure customers' remotely accessed enterprise applications by up to five times addresses a significant pain point that enterprise customers face today."
"NetScaler's membership to the RSA Secured Partner Program continues the program's momentum of providing customers with greater interoperability and the option to leverage a broader range of solutions in conjunction with RSA SecurID technology," said Stuart Cohen, director of partner development at RSA Security.
