ReadyGo, Inc. Announces Major European Partnership Agreements

Market Wire, October, 2000

ReadyGo(TM), Inc., creator of the easiest and fastest web authoring tool for building e-Learning courses, today announced three major partnerships in Europe. The new partners, DeltaConsultores(TM) in Portugal, Formacion y Consultoria, S.A(TM) (FYCSA(TM)) in Spain, and Studi.com(TM) in France, will translate the ReadyGo Web Course Builder(TM) (WCB) into their respective languages and distribute within specified geographical areas.

"We're really pleased with the new agreements," said Anita Rosen, CEO of ReadyGo, Inc. "We're on target for delivering our product to the European market."

ReadyGo WCB is a web authoring tool that takes the pain, time and expense out of developing corporate e-Learning courses. Rather than a large team of programmers, instructional designers, and graphic artists, ReadyGo WCB enables the subject matter expert to create an e-Learning course. Costs for hiring firms to develop such a course typically run $25,000 to $50,000. The cost of the ReadyGo Web Course Builder is $495 U.S. and 495 Euro.

The French Connection

According to Daniel Purlich, vice president of marketing and international development of Studi.com, the company's initial experience with ReadyGo WCB was impressive.

"We produced a 200-page e-Learning site in 22 hours," said Purlich. "Our previous method would have required approximately 400 hours to produce the same course. We estimate that the standard cost to produce an hour of training the traditional way is about $2,000. With ReadyGo, that cost drops to a mere $200. ReadyGo WCB saves incredible amounts of time and money."

Studi.com will distribute ReadyGo WCB in France and other sites in Europe.

ReadyGo WCB in Spain

FYCSA is Spain's leading training and human resources development company, and maintains a strong emphasis on Internet training. FYCSA clients include some of Spain's largest companies, including Telefonica, the major telecommunications operator in Spain and many South American countries, AENA, which manages all Spanish airports, and Repsol-YPF, a Spanish-based multinational oil company.

"Currently, approximately 20% of our learning solutions have a Web-based element," said Jose Ignacio Diez. CEO of FYCSA. "By 2003, we hope that more than 70 percent of our learning activities will occur on e-Learning sites. ReadyGo will help us achieve this business goal quickly and easily."

ReadyGo WCB in Portugal

DeltaConsultores, which provides training to medium-sized companies, is making a shift to distance learning environments, both as a content provider and as a facilitator to help Portuguese-speaking companies use advanced training tools and networks.

ReadyGo WCB is a very efficient tool for developing e-Learning sites," said Jose Lencastre, manager of DeltaConsultores. "Our clients don't need a huge staff to develop an e-Learning site. They can accomplish that task quickly and easily with ReadyGo WCB."
