Cyber Dialogue Inc. Files Registration Statement With The Securities And Exchange Commission For An Initial Public Offering Of Common Stock

Cyber Dialogue Inc. (proposed NASDAQ NMS: CYDI) today announced the filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock. All shares being offered will be sold by Cyber Dialogue. The offering will be managed by SG Cowen Securities Corporation, Banc of America Securities LLC and ING Barings LLC.

Founded in 1993, Cyber Dialogue (www.cyberdialogue.com) provides a comprehensive suite of products and services that enables businesses to establish and maintain more profitable Internet customer relationships. Cyber Dialogue has developed a hosted technology platform, Arc 360o, that allows it to collect, clean and analyze large amounts of its clients' customer data from both online and offline sources. Cyber Dialogue augments Arc 360o with its proprietary Internet consumer trend data, engineering and analytical services and marketing expertise to help its clients tailor and target marketing initiatives and improve Web site design and content.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. Prospectuses, subject to completion, relating to these securities are expected to be available in April 2000 from SG Cowen, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, 14th floor, New York, New York 10020.
