Employee Share Option Plans For SIA Engineering Company And Singapore Airport Terminal Services

Further to the announcement on 11 February 2000 by Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA) concerning the Employee Share Option Plans for SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) and Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS), we wish to announce that:
(i) the first grant of share options to staff of both companies will be made prior to their listing, and the exercise price will be the price at which shares of the two companies are offered to the public at its initial public offering; and
(ii) the exercise price for options that are granted after the listing will be the average of the last dealt price for the five consecutive market days immediately preceding the date of grant of the option.
