Peace Arch Announces the Appointment of Mara Di Pasquale as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Di Pasquale, C.A., has 15 years of experience in senior positions in the entertainment industry for companies including Gullane Entertainment, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., and Catalyst Entertainment.

Ms. Di Pasquale replaces Juliet Jones, who will continue to serve on the Company's Board of Directors. The company thanks Ms. Jones for her work during tenure of this office.
