Cellphones Now Become More PC-Interactive With FutureDial Suite(TM) Software

Market Wire, March, 2005

Offering greater convenience and functionality for cellphone users, FutureDial Incorporated today announced a new all-in-one suite of its popular cellphone software products. The new product, called FutureDial Suite(TM), allows cellphone users to quickly and easily:

-- Synchronize phonebooks, calendars and to-do lists between the PC and
    cellphones,
-- Unload photos from camera phones directly to the PC for storage and
    sharing,
-- Add personal pictures and favorite ringtones from the PC to
    cellphones,
-- Enable wireless Internet access for laptop computers,
-- Exchange and manage SMS text messages with other cellphones directly
    from the PC.

Purchase of FutureDial Suite(TM) also entitles owners to download FutureDial's new Vortext(TM) Software for free for a limited time. Vortext(TM) allows selecting text information on web pages in Internet Explorer and sending it directly to cellphones. Handy information like driving directions, flight information, addresses, locations of restaurants and bars, and other text can be brought along on the cellphone for easy reference.

FutureDial Suite(TM) works with over 120 popular cellphone models of Sprint PCS, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, and T-Mobile. The complete list of supported phones is on the FutureDial website (www.futuredial.com).

"With our software, people are putting their cellphones on speaking terms with their computers," notes George Huang, President and CEO at FutureDial. "And now with our latest launch of FutureDial Suite(TM) we bring all the best functionality into one convenient package."

FutureDial Suite(TM) supporting popular cellphone models from Sanyo, Samsung, Nokia, LG, Audiovox, Motorola and Sony Ericsson is now available in RadioShack stores nationwide in a "software-only" version (red package) with cellphone data cables sold separately. In Good Guys stores and other consumer electronics retail stores, FutureDial Suite(TM) will be available in two "software + 3 cable" bundle versions (blue packages) supporting popular Sanyo, Samsung, Nokia, Motorola and LG cellphone models. Suggested retail price is $49.99 for the red "software-only" package and $69.99 for the blue "software + 3 cable" bundle package versions.
