CyberU Announces "THINQ Big," Offering THINQ Clients Free Migration and the Opportunity to Integrate Learning and Performance Management
Market Wire, April, 2005
CyberU, Inc. a leading provider of on-demand enterprise software solutions for human capital management, today announced its THINQ Big promotion. THINQ Big provides former THINQ clients the opportunity to eliminate future upgrade and maintenance costs by migrating to Cornerstone OnDemand at no cost. As part of this promotion, THINQ clients will receive the migration of data, migration consulting and best-practices deployment services from the existing THINQ platform to Cornerstone OnDemand, a state-of-the-art solution, all at no charge. There are no hidden or 'capped' costs--THINQ clients who request a demo before July 1st will be eligible to receive the free migration.
"Upgrading installed applications from THINQ and Saba is a very expensive undertaking and with the recent acquisition, many THINQ clients will now have to choose between a time-consuming, costly upgrade and outdated technology," said Adam Miller, President and CEO of CyberU. "With Cornerstone OnDemand, these clients now have the option to get up and running with a fully-integrated human capital management solution in a matter of days for free, with our THINQ Big promotion."
Cornerstone OnDemand provides clients with:
-- A world-class enterprise learning management system with fully-
integrated employee performance management and succession planning modules;
-- Versionless software, globally deployable in days, without the need
for costly upgrades or system maintenance;
-- A secure hosting environment and best-practices methodology in system
migration leveraging the .NET platform;
-- Over 10,000 pre-integrated e-learning titles from the top content
providers; and
-- Dedicated account managers to support best practices throughout the
migration process and beyond.
"CyberU's Cornerstone OnDemand is the next-generation of on-demand human capital management systems, providing long-term cost efficiencies as well as a distinct competitive technological advantage of fully integrated learning, performance and succession planning," said Steven Seymour, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, CyberU, Inc. "We want THINQ clients to be aware of the current technology available and the advantages of an on-demand platform and to understand that CyberU is committed to offering free upgrades and maintenance throughout the lifecycle of the project."
According to Bersin & Associates 2005 LMS Customer Satisfaction Study, CyberU was ranked as a 'Marketwide Outperformer' in the categories of total installation, ease of ownership and ease of use, which was given to those vendors who exceeded the overall industry average within these categories. In addition, CyberU was also one of the top rated companies in the 'Vendor Who Delights Customers' category. This rating was earned by only those vendors, which exceeded the industry average for the category 'overall customer satisfaction' of a vendor.
