PayCycle Announces On-Demand Payroll for Microsoft(R) Money 2006 Small Business
Market Wire, July, 2005
PayCycle (www.paycycle.com), the leader in on-demand payroll, today announced that Microsoft Money 2006 Small Business (www.microsoft.com/money) features the PayCycle® payroll service for the fourth year in a row. PayCycle Money lets Microsoft Money Small Business users easily process payroll online -- from paychecks to W-2s.
With PayCycle Money, small business users enter hours to instantly calculate payroll taxes and voluntary deductions. Paychecks are created online and printed directly from a printer on Microsoft-compatible check stock. Small business users can run payroll anytime, anywhere and have complete access to payroll records and tax filing information. Tax filing forms such as 940s, 941s, and W-2s are automatically completed and ready to submit. Email reminders and To Do lists enable users to avoid the risk of penalties by staying on top of tax deadlines. Additionally, seamless integration with Microsoft Money eliminates the hassle of payroll data re-entry.
"Our Microsoft Money Small Business customers are extremely satisfied with the PayCycle solution. Microsoft Money 2006 was designed to build on the trend of online access; our customers want on-demand payroll to complement their online banking," said Anne Quaranta, senior product manager for Microsoft Money.
"Microsoft Money continues to be a great solution for small businesses. With PayCycle included in Microsoft Money Small Business, small employers can easily process payroll and complete and file tax forms on time with very little effort. We are proud to be a part of the Microsoft Money solution for the fourth consecutive year," said Jim Heeger, president and CEO of PayCycle.
PayCycle for Money 2006 features numerous innovations making it easy to learn and get started. For example, new employers now have a more automated setup, and there are additional help features such as answers to commonly asked questions by new employers. There are also pay schedule and pay type setup improvements. Most PayCycle customers sign up and run a payroll the same day.
Microsoft Money 2006 Small Business users receive 12 months free of the PayCycle Money service. After the free period, PayCycle Money is just $9.99 per month for the first five employees and $0.99 per month for each additional employee over 5.
