Cincom and CertAlert Partner to Deliver Automated Digital Certificate Solution
Market Wire, August, 2005
Cincom Systems today announced an alliance agreement with CertAlert Software, a digital certificate management solutions provider. The agreement allows Cincom to re-sell and/or service CertAlert's Intelligent Certificate Management software that enables organizations to locate, document, and report digital certificates. Cincom clients and prospects can download the software for a 30-day trial period at no cost by visiting http://cincom.certalertsoftware.com.
"Across the enterprise, most companies manually record when certificates expire, which can lead to errors and server downtime," said Tom Rogers, business development manager, CertAlert. "CertAlert's Intelligent Certificate Management software discovers certificates enterprise-wide, integrates out of the box into existing applications, and is priced according to an organization's need, either departmental, operational, or across the enterprise."
"Not only do Cincom clients have the benefit of purchasing CertAlert software directly through us," said Ashish Paul, president, Cincom iOutsource(TM) and OverC®, subsidiaries of Cincom Systems, "but we can also take any extra work off our clients' hands by managing the troublesome certificate renewal process for them. This is a unique opportunity in that Cincom is an exclusive outsourcing services partner with CertAlert."
Cincom iOutsource helps companies lower cost and gain revenue through domain expertise in several business processes as well as contact centers, application development, and hosting. Market expertise is in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, travel and leisure, and manufacturing. iOutsource simplifies offshore outsourcing with U.S.-based project management and business agreements.
