WHAT:
Cairo.com's Shopping Cart Street teams -- wheeling shopping carts filled with typical Back-to-school purchases -- will challenge shoppers to guess the on-sale prices found that can be found on Cairo.com against regular everyday prices. Consumers will win gift cards for guessing sales savings.
For groceries, back-to-school shopping and everything else, Cairo.com, tracks sales in a shopper's local neighborhood. Shopping Cart Street teams will show consumers how to search for the sales by item, retailer or brand by typing their zip code into the Cairo site on the "wired" shopping carts. Cairo.com will instantly find the sales prices on the shopper's items at nearby stores.
Cairo.com's Grocery Saver is a new advanced online service just launched in the DC area.
