Stefanie B. Lomax Joins the W.C. & A.N. Miller Companies as Director of Human Resources

The W.C. & A.N. Miller Companies, one of the Washington metropolitan area's oldest real estate services companies, has hired Stefanie Lomax to head up its Human Resources department. Lomax comes to Miller with a high-tech and medical human resources background, and most recently served as the Human Resources Administrator for Quality Technology, Inc. in Largo, Maryland. As Miller's HR Director, she will be responsible for managing the daily operations of HR including employee recruitment, retention, and benefits; employee relations and the rewards and recognition program; and all training including the fair housing training program for Miller's corporate office as well as its five operating groups. She earned her Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland University College, and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
In announcing Lomax's hire, W.C. & A.N. Miller President and CEO, Edward J. Miller, Jr. emphasized that the combination of marketing and human resources skills is an asset to the Miller Companies.
