Lipper Inc. and ENDEXX Corporation Sign Exclusive Marketing Partnership to Provide Online Board Books to Lipper's Global Fiduciary Clients

ENDEXX Corporation (OTC: EDXC), provider of VisualBoardBooks' ePortalXRM Technology, today announced a marketing partnership with Lipper Inc., the leading fund analysis and research firm. Under the agreement, Lipper will introduce its clients to VisualBoardBooks' XRM Technology Platform. VisualBoardBooks/Lipper Interface technology will provide online board books, such as advisor contract renewal (15(c)) reports, to Lipper's clients.
