About the Performance Management Summit 2005
The 2005 Performance Management Summit is designed to help organizations discover successful performance strategies through three informative tracks: operational performance, people performance and financial performance. Through case studies and model metrics, organizations learn how to utilize a methodology to validate metrics and learn how to tie strategy into day-to-day actions that contribute to overall objectives. A grand exhibit hall will highlight leading performance management innovations to enhance organizational performance, while a complimentary networking reception is a great way for delegates and presenters to form long-lasting relationships.
