Another Manning Joins the Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment Team

Market Wire, November, 2005

Image Innovations Holdings Inc. (OTC BB: IMGV)("Image"), a leader in sports and entertainment art and collectibles, and committed to growth in global sales and auctions of high-value art and other unique products, today announced that Archie Manning has inked a deal with Image to join his eldest son Peyton and a veritable Who's Who of superstar athletes who have previously entered into contracts with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment Inc. ("ISE").

Earlier this year Peyton, a two-time NFL Most Valuable Player and holder of the NFL's single season touchdown passing record, entered into an exclusive, three-year agreement with ISE. Based on the terms of that agreement, which includes public and private corporate appearances as well as collectibles sales, Image anticipates that it will produce substantial revenues over the term of the arrangement.

The senior Manning, who will also participate in signings and collectibles sales, came to national attention during his college career at the University of Mississippi. The all SEC (Southeastern Conference) quarterback was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy in 1969 and 1970 and in 1989 was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. He was selected as the second overall pick in the first round of the 1971 draft by the New Orleans Saints where he went on to distinguish himself in a 15-year pro career which was capped off with his being named NFL Most Valuable Player in 1978.

"Before there was a Peyton and an Eli there was Archie, who was one of the most exciting quarterbacks ever to play college and professional football," said Michael Radcliffe, CEO of ISE. "He is recognized not only as an outstanding athlete but as a top-quality individual who has made invaluable contributions to society and who has set high standards for his two sons, both of whom currently star in the NFL."

Archie Manning joins Peyton, unquestionably one of the hottest commodities in the sports industry today, as well as such renowned sports figures as Muhammad Ali, Alex Rodriguez, Joe Montana, Joe Frazier, Tommy Hearns, Larry Holmes, Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and Arnold Palmer, all of whom have previously participated in ISE product offerings.
