China Digital Communication Group Enters Into Product Test Agreement With a Leading U.S. Computer Retailer

China Digital Communication Group (OTC BB: CHID), one of the fastest growing battery components manufacturers in China, announced today that it has entered into a product test agreement with one of the United States' leading computer retailers and resellers of technology products and services. Pursuant to the agreement, the retailer will sell China Digital's lithium ion batteries in 30 of its retail stores nationwide, in addition to the retailer's e-commerce website. China Digital's batteries will be sold over a six-week test period beginning on November 1, 2005.
Yi Bo Sun, China Digital's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "This agreement marks a milestone achievement in distributing our lithium ion battery product line in the United States. Showcasing and marketing our products at these retail stores will result in mass exposure for our products. Our lithium ion batteries are initially being marketed for use in the iPod, a multifunction MP3 player."
