Beginning November 30, 2005, Hyatt Gold Passport® members will be able to redeem their points for incomparable experiences through online auctions at goldpassport.com. Extraordinary travel packages include stays at Grand Hyatt Berlin with tickets to the FIFA World Cup quarterfinals, or two nights at Park Hyatt Carmel (Carmel, CA) where world-renowned chefs will be serving their masterpieces at the 20th Annual Masters of Food and Wine. Hyatt Gold Passport Exclusives is a new opportunity for Gold Passport members to redeem points for a collection of unique experiences that only Hyatt Gold Passport can offer.

When the online bidding begins on November 30, 2005, the following auction lots, each designed for two people, will be available for Gold Passport members to bid upon:

- Quarterfinal Match - Berlin, Germany
Together with MasterCard®, we are offering two packages
including tickets to a FIFA World Cup match, two night

MasterCard International. The minimum bid for this
package will be 75,000 Gold Passport Points.

The package includes two night accommodations at the
Highlands Inn, Park Hyatt Carmel, CA, as well as tickets to
attend wine tastings, cooking demonstrations and gala
dinners. The minimum bid for this package will be 50,000

Periodically throughout the months that follow the launch of Hyatt Gold Passport Exclusives, new auction lots will be added to the online collection and made available for bidding.
Bidding Opens With Live Auction at Hyatt Regency Chicago to benefit American Red Cross
In celebration of Hyatt Gold Passport Exclusives, a live auction will be held at Hyatt Regency Chicago. The "exclusive," invite-only, auction will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30pm on November 29, 2005. Hyatt Gold Passport members from the Chicago area will use their points to bid on notable auction lots, including:
-- A one-year lease on a Porsche Boxster sports car
-- A take-home Hyatt guest room, complete with the Hyatt Grand Bed, a 32"
Samsung flat-screen television, a one-year T-Mobile Wi-Fi Hot Spot
subscription and more
-- A Stay Fit @ Hyatt home gym fitness package, including a Life Fitness
elliptical machine, a Garmin Forerunner and more
Gold Passport points redeemed for each winning bid at the live auction will be converted to a cash donation to the American Red Cross to support relief efforts for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
