Come See U.S. Debuts From Ducati, BMW, Vespa, Victory and Honda at Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows(R) Presented by Toyota Trucks in Long Beach

For the first time ever, The Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows presented by Toyota Trucks will unveil seven U.S. debuts including some of the most talked about bikes in the world. The Ducati Hypermotard radical concept bike is sure to wow motorcycle enthusiasts and the general public.

Southern California is home to the motorcycle industry's top manufacturers and all are joining in on the tour's 25th Anniversary celebration. From Seattle to New York, this nationwide tour has provided attendees across the country with an up close look at hundreds of the latest model street bikes, dirt bikes, cruisers, ATVs, new bike concepts and more.

WHEN:     Friday, December 9, 2005, 12 - 4 p.m.

12 p.m.   "Advanstar Celebrates 25 Years" hosted lunch
          for media, VIPS, industry guests and
          exhibitors on the show floor. BOSS
          Motorcycle Stunt Show takes place.

12:30     Ducati -- U.S. Debut of theDucati
p.m.      Hypermotardradical concept bike - this bike
          takes power, aggressiveness, versatility and
          sport performance to a new extreme.

          Ducati - U.S. debut of the Monster S4Rs -
          straight from the Milan Show. Monster S4Rs -
          - the legendary Testastretta engine now
          powers the leading street fighter
          Motorcycle.

          Michael Lock, Ducati North America CEO, will
          be available for interviews.

1 p.m.    Victory unveils the never-before-seen Vision
          800: A concept bike that pushes the envelope
          of American Motorcycle design and function.
          Greg Brew, Direct or of Victory / Polaris
          Industrial Design and Allan Hurd, General
          Manager of Victory Motorcycles, will present
          the new bike.

1:30      BMW -- U.S. debut of the BMW K 1200 GT -
p.m.      straight from Milan and the new BMW Police
          Motorcycle the R 1200 RTP. Peter Maier and
          Frank Stevens from BMW will be available to
          answer questions.

2 p.m.    Honda - Unveils the VTX Techno Cruiser
          Concept Bike

2:30      Paolo Timoni, CEO of Piaggio USA, unveils
p.m.      the fastest and most technologically
          advanced Vespa in history, the Vespa GTS 250
          i.e. (electronic injection 250cc GRANTURISMO
          SPORT). Timoni will also introduce the new
          off-road, super motard and sport bikes from
          Aprilia as well as the new cruiser from Moto
          Guzzi, the Griso 1100.

3 p.m.    Cycle World magazine hosts reception -
          Publisher Larry Little addresses crowd.

4 p.m.    Show Opens to the Public
