BDI-Laguna Announces Agreement With GE Commercial Finance

BDI-Laguna and GE began their relationship in November 2004 with the completion of a $65 million revolving credit facility. The relationship has rapidly expanded and they are now in the process of closing a new capital expenditure facility, in addition to a new and unique $30 million working capital financing. Finally, BDI-Laguna has selected GE's interest rate management product to meet its interest rate hedging requirements.
