Liquid Machines Names Stuart E. Goodnick Vice President of Professional Services and Support

Liquid Machines®, Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Rights Management (ERM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Stuart E. Goodnick as Vice President of Professional Services and Support. Goodnick joins Liquid Machines' senior management team to accommodate the company's rapidly expanding customer base and partner network. Goodnick will oversee professional services, custom consulting, and solution implementation services for Liquid Machines' market-leading Enterprise Rights Management solutions including its Microsoft® Windows® RMS, BlackBerry® Gateway, and Documentum Gateway products.

Goodnick brings more than 18 years of experience in engineering and operational management in technology product development to Liquid Machines. Since joining Liquid Machines in 2004 as part of the company's acquisition of Omniva Policy Systems, Goodnick has served as Liquid Machines Director of Technical Services.

Prior to Liquid Machines, Goodnick held executive positions at Omniva Policy Systems and the Compumotor division of Parker Hannifin. At Omniva Policy Systems, Goodnick was Vice President of Support and Customer Solutions. He was also responsible for leading the initial development of Omniva Policy Manager, an enterprise platform for central management of secure messaging. At Parker Compumotor, Goodnick managed multiple product and development teams.

Goodnick earned an undergraduate degree in physics from the California Institute of Technology and a Masters in physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
