HELSINKI, Finland - Stora Enso (NYSE: SEO) today announced that Stora Enso's Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 6, 2006 (during US business hours). The 20-F will be mailed to all registered ADR holders and participants in Stora Enso's 401k plan. The Annual Report on Form 20-F will be available on the Group's website www.storaenso.com/investors .
