Leiden, The Netherlands, April 28, 2006 - Dutch Biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL; Swiss Exchange: SW CRX) has today announced that the English version of its 2005 Annual Report is available to be downloaded from the Investors section of the Company's website at www.crucell.com . Hard copies of the report will be mailed by the second week of May to those who have requested copies. Further requests for the printed version of the report should be directed to Crucell's Investor Relations department.
