Leiden, The Netherlands, April 28, 2006 - Dutch Biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL; Swiss Exchange: SW CRX) has today announced that the English version of its 2005 Annual Report is available to be downloaded from the Investors section of the Company's website at www.crucell.com . Hard copies of the report will be mailed by the second week of May to those who have requested copies.
