Noeha Coutry Appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas

Ms. Noeha Coutry, a hospitality industry executive with 15 years of experience, has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the 218-room Ritz-Carlton Dallas, located in the city's prestigious Uptown area on McKinney Avenue. Scheduled to open summer 2007, the only Ritz-Carlton property in Texas will include 70 luxury residences, and is a project of Crescent Real Estate Equities Limited Partnership. It will be designed by noted architect, and Dean of the Yale School of Architecture, Robert A.M. Stern.

A resident of Addison, Texas, Ms. Coutry's most recent position was as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott North. A cum laude graduate of Duke University, her extensive hotel experience includes serving as Regional Vice President of Sales for AmeriSuites, Texas Region; Regional Vice President of Sales, Wellesley Inns & Suites, Western Region and General Manager of the AmeriSuites San Antonio Airport hotel. Her career spans both domestic and international lodging, and includes being Director of Sales for the Grand Hotel Regina in Grindelwald, Switzerland, where she developed the incentive and small meetings market. Ms. Coutry is fluent in several languages including French, German, Swiss-German and Arabic.

The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas will be situated on the first eight floors of the building, and will include restaurant, 14,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 10,000 square foot ballroom, a 12,000 square foot spa and fitness center, with indoor swimming pool. Robert A.M. Stern's proposed design for The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas will evoke landmark hotels built in the 1920s in cities including New York and Chicago. Other design team members from Texas include Dallas-based HKS, Inc., Hayslip Design Associates, and KMP Architects of Houston.
