Drinks Americas Expands Sales of Newman's Own Sparkling Fruit Juice Sales to ShopRite and 7-Eleven, Sales Double Year to Date

Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTC BB: DKAM) ("Drinks Americas" or the "Company") today announced the addition of ShopRite and 7-Eleven as new customers for its Newman's Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks line which it markets and distributes for Newman's Own. In the northeast, the All Natural Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks in distinctive 16oz. packaging will now be sold throughout the entire 180-store ShopRite supermarket chain. The product will also be sold this summer in the northeast 7-Eleven stores, adding an additional 150 convenience stores to the brand distribution as the summer beverage season approaches.

On a market-to-market basis, sales of the All Natural Fruit Juice Drinks have doubled over last year. Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks come in five flavors, Lemonade, Lime-Aid, Orange Mango, Blackberry, and Kiwi Strawberry. Newman's will be adding an All Natural Lightly Sparkling Cherry flavor drink this summer.
