Crucell Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be Held in Leiden on June 2, 2006

Leiden, The Netherlands, May 15, 2006 - Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL; Swiss Exchange: SW CRX) has announced that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) will be held at the Pieterskerk in Leiden on June 2, 2006, commencing at 14.00 CET.
