Molson Coors Brewing Company and Molson Coors Canada TSX Ticker Symbols to Change

Molson Coors Brewing Company (TSX: TAP) (NYSE: TAP) announced today that effective Wednesday, June 14, 2006, ticker symbols for classes of shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") for Molson Coors Brewing Company and for Molson Coors Canada Inc. will be modified as part of a broader symbol change initiative previously announced by the TSX.
The symbol changes for each class of Molson Coors Brewing Company shares are as follows: - The ticker symbol "TAP.A" will replace the ticker symbol "TAP.LV.A" currently used for the TSX for the Company's Class A Common stock. - The ticker symbol "TAP.B" will replace the ticker symbol "TAP.NV" currently used for the TSX for the Company's Class B Common stock. The symbol changes for each class of Molson Coors Canada Inc. shares are as follows: - The ticker symbol "TPX.A" will replace the ticker symbol "TPX.LV.A" currently used for the TSX for Molson Coors Canada Inc. Class A exchangeable shares. - The ticker symbol "TPX.B" will replace the ticker symbol "TPX.NV" currently used for the TSX for Molson Coors Canada Inc. Class B exchangeable shares.
The exchangeable shares (and ancillary rights thereto) provide their holders with dividend, voting, and other rights that are substantially the equivalent of those shares of the corresponding classes of Molson Coors common stock.
