Shannon International Inc. (OTCBB: SHIR) ("SHIR" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has filed its quarterly report on Form 10qsb for the nine months ended March 31, 2006. SHIR is expected to resume trading on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board Market on or before June 19th, 2006.
The Company regrets the delay in filing this report which was due to the complexity of accounting issues with respect to the previously announced settlements with Quadrangle Holdings, Limited, and Shear Wind, Inc. The Company expects that its audit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 will proceed without difficulty.
Shannon continues to work toward selling its Eastern Canada resource assets while subsidiary, Logical Sequence, prepares for the launch of its new web automotive software.
