Dundee Securities Corporation Launches Dundee AdvantagePlus'TM' Deposit Notes, RBC Dow Jones-AIG Commodity Class, Series 1

Dundee Securities Corporation and RBC Financial Group are pleased to introduce Dundee AdvantagePlus(TM) Deposit Notes, RBC Dow Jones-AIG Commodity Class, Series 1 ("AdvantagePlus Notes"). Available until July 31, 2006, the AdvantagePlus Notes offer Canadians the performance potential of today's global commodities market with the added advantage of 100 per cent principal protection at maturity.
With performance linked to the Dow Jones-AIG Commodity Index(SM), the Notes will be issued and guaranteed by Royal Bank of Canada and will mature on or about August 7, 2012.
