Reminder: 50% Hydrogen Peroxide Fuel Succesfully Tested by Innosuisse Corp.

Market Wire, June, 2006

Innosuisse Corp. (PINKSHEETS: INSC) announces change of trading symbol upon forward split. The new trading symbol for Innosuisse Corp. is "INSC."

PEROSIN:

Innosuisse Corp. (INSC) and Intora Firebird Plc. formed a partnership in which INSC holds 48% and INTORA 52%. Intora purchased in 1997 all rights and patents to build a one and two-seater helicopter powered by 85% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Successful test flights launched a test series to generate a 50% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) fuel.

The goal to engineer a UAV, an "Unmanned Air Vehicle," brought Innosuisse Corp. (INSC) with its worldwide unique analog LDV, "Live Driving Video," System and Intora in 2003 together.

Innosuisse Corp.'s LDV System is the only system worldwide which gives the pilot the feeling to sit directly in the cockpit of the flying, driving or floating object. All controls and commands are directly transmitted from the base to the mobile unit and immediately displayed on the visor of the helmet or external monitors.

LDV SA, a 100% subsidiary of Innosuisse Corp., developed the cost-effective and simple "Live Driving Video System" for Innosuisse (INSC), which holds all patents.

The Intora Firebird IF1 has two rocket type engines, which are located at the tip of the rotor blades. The power output generated with 85% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), new 50%, can be compared with a 100 horsepower engine. The IF1 can climb to heights no other helicopter can, which makes it unique for surveillance of traffic, pipelines, borders or search and rescue missions.

Its market acceptance was proven during air shows in England and Dubai, where Intora received more than 11,000 preorders for its IF1.

A due diligence study issued by "Deutsche Bank" in 2004 stated a substantial market potential for IF1, if it can be safely powered with 50% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The study also states that the simplicity, the low potential of failure and the environmental friendliness of the helicopter are major advantages of the IF1, powered by 50% H2O2.

Innosuisse Corp. and Intora have successfully completed tests with the 50% H2O2 fuel. The promising results allow implementing all required modifications necessary for the certification of the new PEROSIN fuel.
