NSOL has had several excellent news announcements out lately and one again before today's opening bell announcing Fuel Frontiers, Inc. a subsidiary of Nuclear Solutions, Inc., has decided to adopt a multi-corporation business structure to manage operations of its planned waste-to-ethanol production facilities! This could be great news for investors!

Fuel Frontiers, Inc. (FFI), a subsidiary of Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: NSOL), announces its decision to adopt a multi-corporation business structure to manage operations of its planned waste-to-ethanol production facilities. Under this structure, FFI intends to incorporate each of its proposed waste-to-ethanol conversion plants located at various domestic and international sites as totally-owned, but independent and separate business entities. FFI made this decision based on the recommendation of a potential underwriter with which it is in negotiations to lead the placement of an $84 million tax-exempt bond offering in connection with a proposed ethanol synthesis plant in Dover Township, New Jersey.

"At the request of our potential bond underwriter, we evaluated and accepted the concept of a multi-corporation structure to best manage the multiple ethanol synthesis facilities FFI is planning. This approach seems most advantageous to FFI for long-term strategic planning and growth and offers the additional benefit of limiting liability and risk across a network of ethanol production plants FFI anticipates creating," states Nuclear Solutions, Inc.'s President and CEO Patrick Herda.

FFI proposes to utilize commercially available and proprietary technologies to transform low-value, end-of-life carbonaceous waste materials such as waste coal, used tires, wood wastes, biomass, discarded corn stalks and other agricultural by-products, into high-value, environmentally friendly, clean-burning ethanol. With its global Strategic Alliance Agreement with Connecticut-based Startech Environmental Corporation, FFI gains access to Startech's innovative, proven and proprietary Plasma Converter(TM) System, which is proposed for use in FFI's planned facilities to transform feedstock materials into ethanol. Currently, FFI reports its operations and financial results on a consolidated basis within Nuclear Solutions, Inc.'s public filings. Visit www.nuclearsolutions.com for additional information.
