Zoomio Adds Multi-Channel Digital Marketing to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
Market Wire, July, 2006
Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference -- Zoomio A/S, developers of MyMarketingMachine(TM) (MMM), today announced its "MSCRM 3.0 Connector," which enables organizations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to easily add trackable e-mail marketing, telemarketing and personalized Web pages to their marketing campaigns in CRM. All campaign responses in MMM, including e-mail opens, e-mail link clicks and web form submissions, are instantly recorded in the CRM record, and can be used to automatically route new leads and assign new activities in Microsoft CRM.
MyMarketingMachine is a .NET-based, fully hosted marketing automation platform that enables companies to track customer responses across multiple marketing channels and create "lead definitions" that automatically route qualified leads based on user-defined criteria. By simplifying the task of building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that are completely trackable -- combining e-mail, telemarketing, personalized Web content, wireless and off-line tools -- MyMarketingMachine provides a powerful platform for ensuring the continuous flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
"Our new MSCRM 3.0 Connector is essential in automating the interaction between marketing and sales, and boosting sales effectiveness," said Per John Jensen, CEO of Zoomio A/S, based in Copenhagen. "By delivering leads and activities in real time directly into MS CRM, MyMarketingMachine provides a sophisticated marketing automation solution that greatly enhances the value of any MS CRM installation. MS CRM customers now have access to an enterprise-class marketing solution at a fraction of the cost of competing solutions."
Pricing
Zoomio's MSCRM 3.0 Connector, available immediately, costs $350 per month per server. MyMarketingMachine is a subscription-based service that starts at $175/month/user. Volume discounts and partner margins range from 20 to 40 percent.
