Homeland Security Network, Inc. Acquires Right, Title and Interest to Web Interface Technology

Homeland Security Network, Inc. (OTCBB: HSYN) ("the Company") announced today that the Company acquired all the right, title and interest to web interface technology from Rodwell Software Systems, Inc. ("RSSI").
The Company previously operated the web interface under an exclusive licensing agreement with RSSI. This acquisition provides the Company with the ability to act independently while continually striving to enhance and upgrade its technology to meet and maintain pace with the complex demand of growing security and asset management requirements in a rapid ever-changing marketplace.

The Company's interface technology, combined with the Company's GPS transmitting devices, will offer a flexible platform of telemetry and control ideal for securing assets in arenas of commercial trucking, cargo management, commercial fleet management, equipment rental, and personal vehicle tracking. Ultimately, the Company's flexibility is expected to respond to the complex security concerns of government entities and corporate users by providing a network of security devices with a web interface that identify, locate and monitor the location of any mobile asset.
